Tommy Lee Horn-Arreola is a self-taught photojournalist based in Houston, Texas.
Tommy practices a form of photography known as “embedding.” While Tommy does not use “embedding” in its originally intended form, he takes the core of the style and blends it with his own self-taught ideas to create his work.
Stepping into their shoes is the best way to simplify his style; truly understanding the core of someone or something is the key.
Tommy’s subjects usually consist of portraits of loved ones, people he has met, or places he has spent countless hours in. All of these elements combine to create the stories Tommy tells.
